Message: I think that EBMC does a superior job in going the extra step to help their patients. They are quick to provide an available appointment and their wait time is within 15 minutes of the appointment. They keep and document excellent medical records. They DO take care of a lot of patients and have are very good about helping those who are in need of medical care both in Jackson County and in London. I read the other reviews and was a little surprised as my experience has been just the opposite. I think everyone needs to have some level of taking care of themselves, knowing their own medication and if you are taking care of a family member to make sure that they are staying hydrated. Their jobs are to provide the medical care needed for the patient, not to micromanage your family. But.. I can only go on my own personal experience.. and it has always been very positive.
